Granted, I'm not sure what I was looking at, as I just did a search out of curiosity a week or two ago, and I felt like I was seeing him at, or even under $100, however, it really does look like he is a lot higher than that. Though, I don't see any sold listings at $200, aside from one sold one at $230 which came with the shipper (which is kind of rare to have for him). They more range in like, the $140-$180 range, but there are a couple opened ones that were even under $100.
As for Majin Vegeta...yeah, the EE probably brought his price down some, but there are other figures (like the DBZ 17 and 18) who's prices didn't seem to drop much at all. Majin Vegeta is kind of a shit figure, sure, but that hasn't stopped other shitty figures from having explosive prices (Non-armor Namek Kid Gohan, Xenoverse Trunks and Time Patroller, etc.)
