TV Evas were wider in the shoulders and stood fairly straight. They had some mass to their limbs and a reasonably thick torso. Rebuild Evas got real long and lanky and stupid skinny, you can see even in the design of the ab armor that tapers inward how emaciated the torso is. They also gained a perma-hunchback stance, with the neck jutting forward.
