>>9077069Lower arms/hands, chest wings, head, and pants are pretty much the standard level of devastator parts forming that's always been present in the combiner. Obviously more innovation and better integration *would* have been appreciated, but not obligatory. This is theoretically the maximum amount of parts forming you can get away with before people kick up a stink. NA on the other hand having the entire torso and arms being a skeleton is complete regression and utterly defeats the purpose of him being a combiner.
