My favourites would have to be Ghoulia and Draculaura's original boots, since they were the most practical of the designs, mixing comfortable boots with fancy shoes (and maybe like a 5% hint of naughty).
My runner up would be Styx's shoes, just because the chains make a nice trim and I bet they'd make a terrific racket when she walks around, like those belly dancer coin shirts.
