Kind of hard to explain, but pic related should help (I took one side with wing off).
The legs fold together at the knee, so the knees are in the back as the exhaust and the feet now touch the pelvis area.
The top of the plane will become the chest, the cockpit rotates around 180 degrees and then folds on the chest revealing the head. The arms are hidden under the wings
