>>11596148Paint is far worse now than it used to be. Even POA in some cases like Toybiz. Toybiz just didn't know how to make humans look human while modern Hasbro largely does. McFarlane occasionally botches humans, especially when not in A poses. But Toybiz figures were far more advanced from an engineering standpoint to domestics today, just less expertly crafted, despite the high detail sculpting. They couldn't emulate a human as well, but had great articulation and posability. For giant robots or alien beasts they did great since those didn't need to look human.
