Per your question on refunds, have only had to do it twice so far and in both cases the tracking showed the original shipments ended up returned. On one of them I wondered if maybe I'd still get something as I'd discussed the tracking results with the seller and they said it was being shipped again, don't remember them giving me new tracking info though so it's probable they never did.
