They have their own product range and even their own stores, but they also import and localize alot of toys from outside the UK. They partnered with Moose Toys in the early days of Goojitzu's success to sell them in the UK. Because Character has a history of selling its own stretch toys (stretch armstrong, stretch scooby doo, stretch screamers, stretch dc superheroes, stretch wwe, etc) they made Goozonians. They've gone all out on cornering the stretch toys market. Covering the girl market was essentially the final frontier for them. So TDLR, they arent made by moose toys proper but there is a vague connection there. Goojitzu and goozonians are very clearly intended to be sibling toylines, I mean just look at the packaging alone. Goozonians even has its own two packs.
