Anyone know if this Jakks Pikachu mold got bootlegged? I've had the one on the right for awhile and I'm sure it's legit, if roughed around the edges from his previous owner. But I got this one on the left yesterday and he's a bit weird (and also more roughed up). Plastic quality is about the same (albeit a slightly different shade of yellow in-hand). He's got noticeable grooves where his eye decals go and the paint apps all around are a bit different (stripes and cheek paint not completely filling in up to the grooves and his brown tail-spikes having slightly different designs). Plus I can pop his head off while I can't do that with my other one. Did production quality on these guys just dip down the line, or do you think he might be a bootleg? I'd be inclined to think he was a fake if not for the plastic quality being the same and the paint matching in color (but differing in application). I don't really know...
