Your description has a lot of similarities to these "godbeast" figures, but there's clearly a lot of non-matching / stretching to match details (including "it was 2 figures ur remembering, not just 1")

-dragonmegazord might have "some thing you attach thats a head of its own + a bunch of rocket launchers"
