The Kids Next Door have just completed Operation:
Squid People Land Attack Towards Oafish Offenders Nautically. The KND go back to the ocean and try to salvage leftover debris from the previous Shark Pirate battle. They eventually get shipwrecked onto an island where the Inkling squids live, and a local town has been ravaged by Sharknado and the Frickin' Laser Shark. After a fierce battle, the Inkling squids come out of hiding an adapt to using the KND's dropped weapons and assume a new human form. The Inklings use their newfound abilities and limitless ammo to defeat the shark pirates. 2 of the Inklings are made honorary members and everyone goes back home.
Meanwhile, a fat racoon-masked kid and his friends invade the unguarded KND Treehouse
