He is a fine figure, actually one of my favorites on looks alone. I really like his stitched-together gasmask thing and black skull shirt. I also don't know wtf his device is so I headcanon it as some sort of sonic weapon. And the other orks came with more than enough spare weapons, more than they could hold at once, so it was easy to just donate one to this guy.
I feel like a lot of people bag on the orks, but don't have a particularly good reason why when questioned.
