So as is usually the case with MM releases, transformation is actually fairly simple. I did get myself foolishly hung up on attaching his swords to his sides, because I was so stubborn and certain of myself that his upper arms needed to be straight down 90 to be transformed properly. But that caused the swords to be pressed up against "shoulders" (in accurate anatomy it would be the guards that are on the top of his hands).
Once I was able to look at it rationally, I realized I just needed to have that part of the arm angled to the front for the proper clearance, and it would still allow the forearm to be parallel to the ground and the wheels inside would line up properly with the ones on the cab.
But then the cab itself doesn't integrate in the best manner. There are two slots on the upper "cab" portion that it will attach to, but those are the only things that provide a connection to the rest of the vehicle.
