The guy on the left has his FAMAS almost vertical, the barrel reaches slightly below his crotch and the stock doesn't reach above his shoulders, otherwise it'd be visible near his neck. if it were completely verticle, maybe reach the lower part of his neck.
Whereas pic has the barrel reaching slightly below the crotch to the top of his hair.
