Discontinued Resaurus Carnage dinosaur figures all about 12" long (snout to tail) that are rare and pricey (retailed for $30 in the early 00's, now go for 3-4x the price). They made an innacurate Giganotosaurus (looks more like an Allosaurus), a T-Rex, a velociraptor, a triceratops, stegosaurus, styracosaurus, and I think a Deinonychus. All are scaly-dinos too if that's what you prefer.
Only other articulated dinosaur close to that level of articulation is the discontinued raptor figure from the line of action figures based on the show Primeval. The raptor has a mix of scales and feathers like in the show, but still considered 'scaly' compared to BoTM easily. Raptor is hard to find but sometimes pops up on ebay from UK sellers.
