Wave 3 safe bets (based on waves 1 and 2) would be Copper Kidd and Stargazer for the good guys, and then a previously made bad guy, and then an all new bad guy. The three (main) never-ever-before bad guys before we get into deep cut territory are Yes-Man, Melodia, and Pokerface. So I'm betting one of each in waves 3, 4, and 5, although in what order remains to be seen.
