The line should have balanced named characters from movies/show/books with unamed generic characters and enemies. Instead of build a figure or those dice that the cartoon figs came with I would include a mini for the game which hasbro already makes and sells, this might help promote people to try the game since they already would have some pieces. As far as the figure line up the main line would be done similar to how marvel legends is but split between the game characters and movies tie-in figs, then a special card back line for the cartoon figs. There isn't really anyone making mass market fantasy articulated figs, so having generic game based characters and monsters like elves/dwarfs/goblins/skeletons/orks would sort of corner a market for them in the toy aisle. Also I picked up the owl bear from ollies for $10.
