Also, it's stupid that it's always in a billowing phase and isn't suited for anything but the most dynamic poses. Even then, it doesn't work in all dynamic poses.
Something like this is better because it works most of the time and is very flexible, allowing it to be moved around.
Cloth cape > semi-dynamic rubbery cape >> DCUC static capes >>> bulbous nebulous in a wind tunnel sheet metal > actual shit
