There's an interview out there with McFarlane's photographer a couple of years ago, where his official title is Content Manager and how he doesn't take that seriously. Todd plays shit loose, which has gotten him in trouble (see Gaiman/Angela rights).
Again, sorry for misreading what was said in that post, and finding out there is a pretty huge disconnect on vocabulary here.
