Nope, the crotch part of the suit is too bulky to allow for much forward movement to begin with, let alone full-on knee-to-chest, plus no articulation in the ankles. You can't get that gaping maw either, no articulation in the head(hell, since it's just a straight repaint, he's still got both ears).
However, due to the nature of his joints, you could detach his legs and pile them under his arms so it kind of looks right, here's what I got out of him in 5 minutes.
