And if we ignore the fact that Hasbro actually cockblocked 3a in producing 1:12 Star Wars figures, who aired out their frustration in public and produced spite figures.
And we also ignore the fact that many of the current 1:18 lines are made as cheaply as possible, because Hasbro will lose that part of the license if they don't make something.
Oh wait, ignoring these facts is actually pretty schizo.
The money they make (made) off the 1:12 lines is enough to cover any loss of revenue from making the token effort in 1:18 tax deductible bombs.
They'd lose a lot more money if people bought the cheaper 1:18 figures.
