>>8606212Result was complete removal of all surface plasticizer. Downside is I let it get too bad before cleaning, causing damage to some tampo detail around the left eye. This wasn't due to the Windex stripping the paint, but from the plasticizer itself by seeping from within the surface. Any cleaning would have washed the loosened details away. I cleaned other PVC bits (her long hair strands, some Waffebunny and Dolphin parts, etc) the same way with no problems.
