The hardest part by far to make work would be his hands. They need to hide somewhere, but also be cool clawed hands. Best I could think, they would be hinged at the front of the hand, so they could split in half, swing out, and become the next-to-last segment of the leg (with the remaining segment connected, so when the ends went back together, that would lay neatly across the forearm)
