>>8150767>Not being able to afford imports has really warped your brain to the point of seeing boogeymen everywhere huh?Says the guy who needs to ignore my photos from this thread containing more expensive imports than you can own.
But denial of facts is all you can do, hence this derailment of this thread about McFarlane's highly successful kickstarter where a single toy made as much money as 1/6th Kaiyodo's entire business and crying about McFarlane telling a fact about how overprices Japanese collector toys are.
>>8150779>US population is more than double the population of Japan. Not to mention they are attached by land to other big markets as well dumbass.Again, your math am retard quality.
The population isn't as gigantic as the chasm between their markets. Also, being attached to other countries doesn't actually mean anything, since the landmass is actually detrimental to businesses, as shipping is a bitch and a half, requiring more investments into distribution than anywhere else. This is why certain businesses can't really stay aloft in the US, like magazines and other print mediums, even though publishers that are even smaller thrive in small/compact countries.
>So you're left with projection huh?Nope, this is literally /toy/ and predominantly a weeaboo problem.
