Its nice that Cui has such expressive, animated faces, but some of the other characters that really should have had them didn't get them...they'll probably never do the Ginyu force ever again aside from maybe EEs, so that would be the only (and kind of shitty) way they'll do this face.
Unless for some odd-ass reason they do battle damaged Recoome and give him this head for Burter.
