>>10645894Amtrak has the issue of having like 6 different paint schemes across their varying fleets so it's hard to find certain versions of things if you want a matching set. For example nobody makes a Phase III E60, however I can find amfleets for days. The inverse is also true. Phase II amfleets are really uncommon, especially prototypical ones (the Walters kits are meh). Come to think of it Phase II anything that isn't the E60 is kinda rare.
