By the time they were deep in the thick of it, a bunch of other people were catching up and outpacing them. Add on kits were on the way out. By the time they got half way through their headmasters, Hasbro announced TR.
In general they've been kind of a mess since they started the dinobot/Dinoking track. The dinobots were stylized but subpar. The release schedule for Dinoking and the shell shitshow didn't help. M3 was cool but all over the place and unfun. There was no follow up with Smart Robin for the headmasters while Browning was 2 steps forward and 3 steps back. Maketoys sort of took over their style with Cross Dimensions amping it up a few notches. Trianix alpha had to compete with the actual diaclone reboot which came out of nowhere too. By this point everyone moved onto MP style figures. Their Fansprojectcore website never even got off the ground which was Ages 3 and up completely botching it.
They should have just stuck with the donutsteels and the improving the soleron gimmick with different types of little guys. Pharaoh Megatron that turns into a 4 legged sphinx with a month cannon and his sandspeeder waifu never ever.
