I sent them an email right away and got a response only asking for my address. Then zero responses after. Anons, am I fucked? Anyone here deal with a lost shipment from Mezco before? I'm hoping they are just sending me another box set, but I'm afraid to get my hopes up. I haven't heard back from them in a week, and the phone number leads to a robot that says sorry can't help.
