No, his face isn't supposed to look like that - for some reason, whatever machine painted his eyes used way too much paint, and it ended up globbing onto the edge of his helmet and the bridge of his nose; it's nothing I can't fix, but still a bit of an annoyance. It also isn't the only instance of faulty paint on him, either - you probably noticed in hte previous pics, but his mane looks messed up. At first, I thought it was faded from wear and tear, and that the seller had lied to me when it had meen labelled MIB; closer inspection reveals that this was not the case. Not only was the box and all of its original packaging still intact, and none of the other characters have anything wrong with them, but examining the mane up close shows that the black is actually in places it shouldn't be - it looks like the axe/mane was off-center when the paint applications were added. I've also noticed a few random splatters of black paint on his nose and his horse belly/robot back, so it seems they were really sloppy with this poor guy. Another annoyance, but again, nothing I can't fix on my own later; still, I suspect this was why the seller was offering it for $10 cheaper.
