Alcohol will work 50% of the time, but if its on soft rubber like rubber legs or the face good luck as those rubbers absorbs ink like sponges, and never lets go of it.
Alcohol can also majorly mess up your dolls by removing the paint off of some dolls. If you use alcohol on Disney Store painted underwear the paint will come off, even if you only us a little bit of alcohol. If you use alcohol on things like vintage stickers located on Barbie earrings alcohol will erase the whole design off of holographic sticker. I've had this happen to me personally, so be careful.
