The animation models removed them to save effort, but the designs look so much better with the wheels just hanging wherever they end up. Plus they help some bots to look more like actual transforming vehicles and not just a robot wearing car parts as armor. Trailbreaker in particular. Then the shitty part is that even if we do get a toy-inspired repaint down the line,it gets fucked out of its wheels.
