>>7877762Ok so if its like the last early governors, the head will be solid beige and you'll have to paint in the hair, the eyes, probably hat and sunglasses. You don't really need to be super good to paint small faces and hair like that; hell the images they use for the ads aren't amazing but they still look fine. You really just need to do a very simple wash, poke some paint on the eyes, and then paint the hair and any pieces. You don't have to go warhammer and layer different shades and tones and such on there.
