That detail wasn't added til later batches) the thigh swivels are crazy stuck. I rrrrrrrrrrrrreally wish they'd just gone over to the ball hips on these guys.
Not sure how good you are at boil and pop, but that was the best way I found to get them moving. I'd normally say just twist them till they pop free, but with the current hip construction, the force you're putting on the part trying to get them to move will probably end up breaking something. It's kind of a bitch to do with Bebop especially. My first set of Bebop and Rocksteady had no issues getting moving. And this pre-order set Rocksteady's thighs moved just fine out of the box too. Bebop I had to pop his whole legs off.
And I know, "you shouldn't have to do that" etc etc etc.
