Remember the petitions for mask packs? That was the biggest rally of the fanbase. LEGO just ignored the community and the opportunity to make some profit. If the fanbase achieved nothing at it's peak, it won't achieve anything now. Not to mention that continuing a theme is more expensive, complex and risky than mask packs, so why would they do it if they didn't do the simpler thing that'd bring in profit.
