Just got Luffy. Right out of the box he moves a lot better than (at least my copy) of RoO Luffy. The shorts flap works now, but as many have pointed out, it doesn't help the range of the knee, it bends as far as it can and it's still only about 90 degrees. The arms work the same way but smoother, the feet still have that great sandal tech. He comes with more hands (1 pointing finger, and 2 bazooka hands), and meat. Definitely an overall better release. Also something worth noting, I placed them back to back and this Luffy is actually a tiny bit shorter than the first. Not sure how much they'll care about scale overall but this tiny detail could have probably easily been overlooked.
