The VF-1's really grown on me even though it is kind of obvious it's an older tooling they've touched up superficially. After looking through reviews I think the "browny" was a good choice, it seems to have the best paint apps and they didn't skip painting some of the half-circle details like on the other releases.
The Destroids though, hoo boy. I think I'm going to have to shell out for the Monster next and worry about where I'll keep it later. These things are fantastic.
