Unlike most, I go for detail first and articulation second. Statues and physical art pieces have always been my favorite type of art, so nowadays I collect actual art as well.
There's something very alluring about a tangible piece of artwork, like a sculpture, at least for me.
Since I also happen to be a nerd, I get joy when these things remind me of my favorite franchises.
Having studied design at uni, and having an eye for these things, I can tell you that even a single picture in a frame makes a huge difference in a room. So imagine what a nice looking figure can do. Just don't overdo it and hoard shit, because it's got the opposite effect.
