Aside from the Zeku, the many details, bulk and extra parts of Sentinel suits even compared to their original, cleaner versions, actually serve a purpose often time, so I don't mind the highly detailed looks.

I like it a lot more than the more famous mech that it's based on (Zeta Gundam), but it was that paint scheme that really sold me (transformation's a nice bonus).

My Zeta Plus sure is going to be an interesting contrast to the Infinite Justice. I've never owned any MRD, but I'm sure that even at a glance it'll be readily apparent how different they are from even the Gundam RD I have.
