Suppose the one shitty burger joint closes. What shall replace it? There's no other burger joints, other restaurants exist but have their own problems (and no burgers), and there's no guarantee the shitty burger joint will be replaced with a better one, or even another restaurant.
You could make your own burgers. That can be harder than it sounds.
This is much the same way. If it's any compensation, at least most of OE's stuff seems alright, with the biggest problem-QC items being the Air Force types.
