What would be the best way to prototype a rubber coat?
I'm thinking of picking up a Soldier 76 as a base for pic related but I want to get both his commander look and an alternative outfit without the coat as him being demoted or after having his entire department falling. My issue is that it's too much of a hassle for me to get more than one Soldier 76.
