It feels like they are either struggling to decide what to do, or limiting how far in advance they announce prototypes to avoid bandai beating them to it.
Buutenks was apparently canned, and Cooler never got off the ground. The rest of the ginyu force are obviously not needed, nor are ssj2/ssj4 goku and there isn't much demand for the DB stuff.
I'd really like to see them do Kid Trunks & Goten, along with the Gotenks heads and articulated ghost. After that I guess a Ranger 17 would be nice to go with 18.
