Hence the focus at "but look at how great this pose is" ignoring the fact that the limb is just floating there or positioned so weirdly it looks ugly to them.
Nevermind the overexposed joints and giant gaps in the sculpt that it almost looks robotic or it's being torn apart.
And i agree that the overuse of the body is bad, but it doesn't look bad most of the time. A lot of times it produces a humdrum average. I'll pass over them when it does look bad though.
Just like i pass over Revoltechs because they look bad too.
