>>6547926Aw yeah, Gerwalk is my favorite mode too! As to the VF-19's imperfection, part of it is the gaps in fighter mode as
>>6548188 mentioned. Probably the biggest thing for me is how the super part boosters attach, particularly in fighter mode. Most VF-19s seem to have difficulty getting at least one of the boosters to attach securely; you can get it in the right spot and it'll stay, but it won't lock in as it should. Worst part though is attaching the boosters in fighter mode; you have to unpeg the wings from the fuselage in order to attach the boosters in fighter. It's not the hugest deal, but in a shady move, Bandai straight up photoshopped all the pre-release/promo images of the fighter mode to hide that fact.
That's probably my only real complaint. Overall it's a fantastic valk (pinpoint shield punch effect? too cool!), only the booster attachment could have been done better.
>>6548237>>6549829It's great! Just as good as the VF-25 Renewals. In terms of which is best, they're really all pretty much the same. The only significant difference is with the very, very first YF-29 Alto release; later 29 models (including the Alto reissues) added in an extra support bar to make the gerwalk mode more secure. I have one of the Alto reissues so I can't say from experience what difference it makes, but I've read that it wasn't really necessary. So if Alto's scheme is your bag, try to get one of the reissues, but generally you're gonna be good with any of the 29s.
>>6548480>>6548723I was expecting some hindrance, but yeah, that head rotation limitation is a bit of a surprise. Still, looks great and those knees have some serious range for a single joint.
