I've done a lot more work on this guy, and my air compressor finally came which has helped immensely. What you can't see is his back which has more details and a small rocket beside his breathing apparatus. I sanded most surfaces to a near-gloss finish, leaving areas a bit rougher where I imagined the material had a different texture, and started to make this two part mold for him when I realized (too late) I only had enough silicone for one half of it. So he's sitting on my desk now halfway encased in rubber while I wait for more to come, hopefully soon but amazon says two weeks. Anywho, making good headway on the project. I got some pigment for future casts, so I'll get to make all types of different colors. I think it'll be a fun little figure to paint, maybe in 40k marine colors or other affectionate sci fi references.
