>>6961347>>6961447He definitely looks better with the bat wings over the horns, but I prefer him without pauldrons personally. It keeps him looking light and agile compared to other heavily armed figures.
For maximum effect though, you should try to track down the WWE Build-A-Superstar Barbarian Triple H set. It comes with a fantastic skull shield that looks great with Raygor. The handle should be trimmed down a bit to reduce the stretching of his hands, but it's such a fantastic piece for him.
>>6961594....these two look so good together I'm tempted to get him off BBTS despite the markup. It's almost eerie how close their colors match up.
>>69619021) The very fact that this is a made-to-order line means that these things can't be scalped. People can buy them with the intention to resell them, but you can buy them for the exact same price and not have to worry about hunting them down. Buying direct from the manufacturer to resell is not scalping, it's retail.
2) To hardcore fans of this line, the packaging was very important. Many people actually bought extra packaging off other collectors to store and display customs, alternate configurations and the Test Shot figures because the packaging was so nice. As a long time toy collector, the packaging these guys come in is probably the most accessible yet simple packing I've seen.
Honestly, I don't mind the packing so much, though I will admit it does get annoying when you get 20+ of these guys. But I can see why they insisted on it for each figure. That said, I would have preferred they skipped the packing for the multi-pack army builder sets because that could have easily saved on both production and shipping costs. A simple marked box with bagged figures for each set would have worked fantastic for the army builders.
