Straight up City Hunter repaint, no accessories, debatable paintjob (his eyes should be red), but he is very unique looking and stands out in a group.
I think your money would be better spent on the new AvP predators, you could probably get all three of them for $60. They're much better painted, sculpted and articulated than any of the older waves, and they come with a boatload of accessories you can swap between each figure.
Bladefighter isn't worth it unless you have major nostalgia for the Kenner stuff, it's a waste of shelf space in my opinion.
