Since we mass produce our toys there will be some decoration variation from product to product, quantity of the products produced and the variations are all similar. Unfortunately, we can’t offer a new figure, but we do appreciate your comments and will continue to do our best to manufacture the highest quality product possible. Also any paint variation still allows you to utilize and hopefully enjoy the articulation and core weapons with each product.

So don't expect any fucking help. Although, given how widespread the paint issues with that particular piece are, I'm not entirely surprised.
