It's a thin framed buggy with a gun on top, For a Model kit there wouldn't be much to the runners and for a Transformer you are just shape changing a brick with wheels. For better or worse the Joe brand has never had one outstanding vehicle for the Joe's that sticks in everyone's mind like HISS tank. Hot take but I'd argue the Trouble Bubble is more in the minds of geek culture than the Flagg, MOBAT, or VAMP.
