I have yet to understand how that guy thinks it's worth $300 when it's just a cheap fish tank with LEDs and a stand. He had to have paid no more than $50 for the whole get-up.

Anybody have any thoughts though on where to search? I have some fish tank ideas, but I want to actually make it look Metroid-esque, maybe like the tank at the beginning of Super Metroid more or less.

Also I have no clue as far as the stand goes. The eBay guy had the right idea though I think.
