>>8153257Recently I watched the Nu-ra show out of curiosity (and bored on this chink-flu quarantine) and I can see why the series is hated because of the characters designs/aesthetic filled with LBGT/Queer elements, the episode with Bow's Dads was the cringest shit of all the series, but to be honest I expected the series having more gay/queer pandering/shipping, there was only 3 gay couples on all the series, I dunno if Dreamworks didn't allow that creators to go full gay with all the characters or it was something else
The story was ok, interesting in some parts as I think is more a alternate version of the OG's premise, but as the story is planned as not stand alone episodes this proves that this series wasn't aimed for kids who their attention span doesn't allow them to keep track of a story that develops during all the show, this Nu-ra show was more aimed for the original fanbase or at least teenagers who can have more attention span
in regard of characters I come to like the personality of both Scorpia and Entrapta, they were the best girls of the show, the other princesess were bland and boring as fuck
Maybe if the show had aesthetics on their character design like the Thundercats 2011 show it would have been more accepted by the original fanbase?
tl;dr; story ok, aesthetic not good
